Accessing the CAA medical service platform
If you do not already have a CAA portal log in, then you will need to create one as detailed in the previous step.
The next step is to apply for the CAA medical service. This is found in the 'Your services' page of your CAA portal account:
This can again take up to 10 working days. Once you have access to the medical service then you are ready to proceed to the next (and final!) step.
